Description

Thermowells provide complete protection for the sensor (RTD – Thermocouple or Thermometers).
Thermowell is designed considering application requirements.
Thermowell allows removing / replacing of sensor without shutting down the process.

Material of Construction

• This can be made from materials like SS 304, 316, 304L, 316L, 310, 446, Carbon Steel, Hestalloy.C, Monel.
• This is also be made of ceramic material like recrystalied Alumina for high temperature application .
• Coating of various grades of Apcolon Fluero plastics like PTFE, TFE, PVDF & PFA can be supplied as per the process requirements.

Types of Thermowells

• Threaded drilled from bar stock.
• Drilled Bar Stock with welded flange / Threaded or Flanged Fabricated Thermowells.
• Thermowells threaded as per API standard or BS pipe threads, flanged as per ANSI, B.S., JIS, DIN standards are available.
