• Vent or bleed valves can be used on instrumenttion devices such as multivalve manifolds or gauge/root valves to vent single line pressure to atmosphere before removal of an instrument or to assist in calibration of control devices. Compact for convenient installaion. Male npt & sae end connection.

Available in Materials: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Alloy Steel, Monel, Nickel, Hastelloy, Titanium, etc.

Testing

• Every vent or bleed valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 1000 psig.
• Seats have a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 std. Cc/min.
• Shell testing is performed to a requrement of on detactable leakage with a liquid leak detector.
